To shop with flexibility using Pay with Points, you are required to become the PRIVATE ROOM Member. Follow the guides to first create an account, follow by acquiring a membership tier.

In the PRIVATE ROOM, 1 Point is equivalent to a value of HKD1 for use.

This guide will show you how to Pay with Points.



  • When Points are converted, a code will be generated and is valid for use within 24 hours. If the code is not used within this period, the converted Points would not be re-credited back to the account.
  • Please always convert the same or fewer Points than your order checkout value.
    • For example, you have a total of HKD1,390 at checkout, please convert 1,390 or fewer Points.
  • In case of Point conversion being larger than total order checkout value and with the code being generated and checked-out is proceeded, the excess Points converted would not be re-credited back to the account.
    • For example, you converted 1,000 Points (worth of HKD1,000) and generated a code, which is then applied to settle a HKD850 order checkout value. Once the order is successfully checked-out and confirmed, the HKD150 excess Points in the code would not be re-credited.
  • Relevant Points and benefits will be activated within 24 hours upon successful acquiring of a membership tier.

Follow the below steps to first redeem desired points, and unlock the “Pay with Points” function during check-out:

  1. Start by logging into your account. Enter into your browser, then click the icon on the top right corner for desktop version or the top left corner first then click “Log In” at the bottom left on mobile version.

  2. You will then be brought to Account Login page. Login to your account by entering your credentials. Click “Sign In”.

  3. After successful login, you will be redirected to Account page.

  4. Then you can add desired products into your cart.

  5. Once you have added all the desired products to cart, visit Account page and go to "Balance", and click “Use points and get rewards".

  6. A slider should pop-up. Toggle the scale or enter the desired Points for redemption. Click “Redeem”.

  7. Double check the Points and the conversion value, and click “Confirm” to proceed.

  8. A code will then be generated and is stored in your Account. This code is valid for use within 24hours only. Please remember to expense your redeemed code within 24hours. Unused and expired codes cannot be retrieved or re-credited back.

    When products are added to cart and you are ready to purchase, copy the code at check-out or click “ Apply”.

  9. If you want to add more products, simply visit product pages, add the desired products to cart, and continue to checkout.

  10. To retrieve generated codes, simply visit your Account page, and click “You have xx rewards”.

  11. Find the relevant code that was generated in step (6).

  12. Continue to proceed at checkout, paste and apply the code in the box below. The order checkout value will be shown with discount applied.

  13. You have the flexibility to use Pay with Points in combination with other payment methods.

  14. Continue to proceed checkout. Please make sure to enter the same email address and phone number you had registered during checkout.

  15. At step (11), You can also apply Free Shipping Reward code with a shipping address in the Hong Kong SAR and continue to checkout if desired. Please visit the guide to use Free Shipping Rewards here.



  • Upon activation of membership account, both Base Points and Welcome Bonus Points will be instantly accrued in your account, shown as “BALANCE“ in your Account page.
  • For markets outside of Hong Kong SAR, the Point value conversion rate will follow the standard rule of "1 Point equivalent to a value of HKD1".
  • The minimum redemption amount is 1 Point. Redemption must occur in whole-point increments; partial Point redemption is not allowed (e.g. 0.5 or 0.1 Points cannot be redeemed).
  • A maximum of 5 different codes may be applied at each online checkout.
  • Each code can only be used once.
