TO BECOME the PRIVATE ROOM Member - ACCOUNT SET UP & POINTS CREDITING

To join the PRIVATE ROOM, individuals are required to create an account by providing their full name, e-mail address, phone number (with one-time password OTP verification code) and birth month. Subsequently they are required to acquire one membership tier (i.e. the BLACK KEY or the RED KEY).

Members, who have already created an account, can enroll in the loyalty program directly from their account page by acquiring one of the membership tiers. After a membership tier is acquired, Base Points and Rewards, which vary by tier, will be automatically credited to the member’s account. All additional Points and Rewards from promotions and offers will be credited to member's account within 24 hours.

By clicking "Create" in Create Account, you agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of the PRIVATE ROOM.

Please note that:

Only one account may be associated with a single member and a single e-mail address.
Birth month filled in during account registration determines when the Birthday Surprise will be granted to member's account.
If the customer acquired a tier without completing registration nor create an account, ALL the benefits will not be enabled. Member can complete the registration process later by registering with the same personal information on the Create Account page. The registered member's account will then be automatically activated accordingly.

ELIGIBILITY

All persons aged 18 or above are eligible to join the PRIVATE ROOM. The acceptance of the membership is at the sole discretion of M19Minus.
M19Minus the PRIVATE ROOM membership is non-transferrable and is only for the member her/himself. Abuse of the membership and offers, any misbehaviors, frauds or misuse of Points, or failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions may result in termination or temporary suspension of the membership, withdrawal of offers and cancellation of all Points and rewards.
M19Minus reserves the final right to modify the structure, offers and other contents, including relevant Terms and Conditions, or to terminate the PRIVATE ROOM loyalty program. Although M19Minus will take appropriate action to inform member of the changes, member has the responsibility to check for the updated contents of the PRIVATE ROOM and its Terms and Conditions.
Member who uses any of the services under the PRIVATE ROOM is deemed to have fully accepted the changes. M19Minus shall bear no responsibility of any loss or damage resulting from the changes made the PRIVATE ROOM.

MEMBER ACCOUNT QUALIFICATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

Member account is valid for the lifetime of the member, unless the member requests withdrawal by submitting an application, or if other events occur that, according to these rules, shall lead to the termination of the member account.

Unless otherwise specified, tier-specific Points, Benefits and Rewards, which vary by tier, are valid for 365 days from the date they are credited to the member's account. The specific benefits of different membership tier are subject to the latest information updated periodically on www.m19minus.com.

MEMBERSHIP TIERS ENTITLEMENTS

Member-Exclusive 8,250 Points to Use on Purchases

Upon enrollment, 7,500 Base Points will be immediately credited to your membership account instantly, valid for 365 days.
An additional 750 Welcome Bonus Points will be credited to your membership account within 24 hours as a welcome reward to your valued loyalty to M19Minus, also valid for 365 days.
In the member’s account, 1 Point is equivalent to a value of HK$1.

In the member’s account, 1 Point is equivalent to a value of HK$1.

It may take up to 24 hours for Points and Rewards to be reflected in the member’s account after acquiring of a membership tier and completing account setup.

Under normal circumstances, all membership statuses, Points, Benefits and Rewards are valid for 365 days from the date they are credited to the member's account, unless otherwise specified.

After the 365 days, if a member does not renew or upgrade their membership to any of the PRIVATE ROOM tier, the member will revert to being a regular customer and subscriber. The account with M19Minus will remain active.

BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP TIER

Basic Terms

Members are required to login to their membership account to enjoy the benefits.
For online payments using Pay with Points or online product redemption, please include the associated code(s) at checkout. For in-store shopping with Points and/or in-store product redemption, please present the code(s) to M19Minus staffs at official M19Minus retail locations.

Please note that any rewards, gifts, samples, and all other promotional items associated with merchandise purchases will be honored with the remainder of your order if it meets the criteria, provided part of your order is not canceled. If your entire order is canceled, these items will not be granted as an actual merchandise purchase is required to be associated in activation.

A maximum of 5 different codes may be applied at each online checkout.
Each code can only be used once.
Points, Pay with Points, Free Shipping Rewards, Welcome Bonus Points, Birthday/Seasonal Surprises, and Renewal/Upgrade Rewards, Gifts, Codes and Coupons are not cash, have no cash value without a purchase, and may not be altered, sold, bartered, returned, or transferred. No adjustments on previous purchases. Benefits are subjected to change, alteration, or termination by M19Minus at its sole discretion at any time.
The space for entering code(s) will only be displayed at checkout stage. For instance, if you have selected a reward and click "Confirm" followed by “Apply”, you will be redirected to the cart page. At this stage, you will not be able to see the discount code until you reach the checkout page where you are required to fill in the shipping address.

Member-Exclusive Pay with Points Flexible Payment Scheme

All Points are valid for shopping and/or product redemption of all items on www.m19minus.com or at M19Minus physical retail locations (except Lane Crawford).
1 Point is equivalent to a value of HK$1 for use. The Point value conversion rate will follow the standard of “1 Point equivalent to a value of HK$1” in markets outside of Hong Kong SAR.
The minimum redemption amount is 1 Point. Redemption must occur in whole-point increments; partial Point redemption is not allowed (e.g. 0.5 or 0.1 Points cannot be redeemed).
To use the Pay with Points payment method or redeem products with Points, Points are required to be converted into a coupon, which is attached to a code. The code is valid for use within 24 hours. If the code is not used within this period, the converted Points would not be re-credited back to the member account.
Each coupon is associated with a code. By clicking ‘Apply’, the code will be applied to the order and be reflected at checkout page. The order checkout balance will be shown with discount applied.
Please always convert the same or fewer Points than your order checkout value.

For example, you have a total of HK$1,390 at checkout, please convert 1,390 or fewer Points.

In case of Point conversion being larger than total order checkout value and with the code being generated and checked-out is proceeded, the excess Points converted would not be re-credited back to the account.

For example, 2,000 Points are converted and generated a code, which is then applied to settle a HK$1,390 order checkout value. Once the order is successfully checked-out and confirmed, the 610 excess Points in the code would not be applied to the next order or re-credited back to member’s account.

Points cannot be applied to gift wrapping, packaging, taxes, or shipping & handling charges.

Free Shipping Rewards

The Free Shipping Reward is only valid on all qualifying online purchases made on www.m19minus.com with a shipping address within the Hong Kong SAR.
Varies by tier, member will receive a certain number of Free Shipping Rewards upon acquiring a membership tier and account setup.

Birthday Surprise

The birth month entered during account registration determines when the Birthday Surprise will be granted to the member.
The Birthday Surprise will be granted to the member's account and will be valid on the 1st day of your birth month. If a customer becomes a member during the birth month, the Birthday Surprise will be granted to the member's account the day after account activation.
The Birthday Surprise is valid for redemption within 31 days after it is granted to the member's account. Any unredeemed Birthday Surprise within the valid month will be considered forfeited.
The image on the Birthday Surprise page is for reference only. The actual content of the Birthday Surprise will be decided by M19Minus and may vary each month.

Redeem Not-For-Sell Items

Not-For-Sell Items can be redeemed with Points granted to the member.
Each code can only be applied once.
For the purpose of redeeming multiple quantities of a single item, members are required to select the item showing the desired quantity in the redemption menu. Please note that the redemption code is only valid for the captioned quantity marked on the reward title.

For example, if a member would like to redeem TWO jars of “the COLLECTORS’ MINIATURE the PURGE 000 ON-THE-GO ESSENTIALS”, please select “PRIVATELY RESERVED NOT-FOR-SELL: the PURGE 000 ON-THE-GO ESSENTIALS x 2 Jars (14pcs total)" from the redemption menu. Once the Points are redeemed, one coupon will be generated which is attached to a code . Kindly apply the code, the Not-For-Sell Item(s) and associated code will be added to cart.

Each coupon is associated with a code. By simply clicking “Apply” next to the code, the Not-For-Sell Item and associated code will be applied to the order and be reflected at checkout page. The price associated with the redeemed item should be reduced to $0. This code is valid for use within 24 hours. If the code is not used within this period, the converted Points cannot be re-credited back to the member.

Tier Renewal/Upgrade Extra Reward

Tier Renewal/Upgrade Extra Reward, which varies by tier, will be granted to existing member, who renew current membership tier or upgrade to a higher tier of the PRIVATE ROOM.
“Buy 2 Get 1 Free” and “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” rewards apply only to the lowest valued item in the order.
The Tier Renewal/Upgrade Extra Reward will expire in 31 days upon issued.
The Tier Renewal/Upgrade Extra Reward can only be used on designated regular-priced items only (e.g. excluding the BEAUTY TREASURE and other designated items).
The Tier Renewal/Upgrade Extra Reward cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.

Renewal/Upgrade Membership Tier

Points Carry Forward

The expiry date of any Points follows the rule of being “valid for 365 days from when the Points were issued”. Any unused Points from original tier and have not been used to generate a code, and are still within the 365-day validity period and can be carried forward to the new tier. Points entitled in the new tier will be added to the account at the same time.
For example, if a member joined and became the BLACK KEY member on April 1, 2024, and used up 8,240 Points, leaving 10 Points in the account. On October 1, 2024, the member decides to upgrade to the RED KEY tier. Therefore, the member has 10 Points (leftover carry forward) + 13,000 Points (the RED KEY Base Points) + 2,000 Points (the RED KEY Welcome Bonus Points) in the account but the carried forward 10 Points will expire on March 31, 2025; 15,000 Points will expire on September 30, 2025.

Entitlements Carry Forward

The expiry date of any rewards follows the rule of being “valid for 365 days from when the Points were issued”, unless otherwise specified.
Free Shipping Rewards - any unused codes that are still valid within 365 days from when the member joined the PRIVATE ROOM will be carried forward to new tier in the same account.
Rewards such as “Buy 2 Get 1 Free” and “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” that are transferred in the form of code, but not yet used prior to the upgrade, will be carried forward to the new tier. This also applies vice versa. This reward will expire in 31 days upon issued.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND POINTS/REWARDS REFUNDS

For online orders

Points used via Pay with Points will be re-credited to the member's account within 24 hours if the order is cancelled by M19Minus.
All membership-entitled rewards, samples and promotional items redeemed online will be handled as follows:

If part of the order is cancelled, the rewards, samples, and/or other promotional items will still be shipped with the remaining merchandise in the same order given that it meets the criteria of purchase.
If the entire order is cancelled, the rewards, samples, and/or other promotional items will not be shipped, as an actual merchandise purchase is required to be associated in activation. Any Points redeemed for these items will be re-credited to your account.

For offline retail orders

Points used via Pay with Points will be re-credited to the member's account by M19Minus staffs upon order cancellation if an order is cancelled by M19Minus. Please allow up to 24 hours for the Points to reflect in the account.
Membership-entitled rewards can still be redeemed at physical retail locations by showing the entitlement on the member's account page to M19Minus staffs despite an associated order is being cancelled.

ACCOUNT DISABLEMENT

If you wish to close your M19Minus account or re-open a previously closed account, please contact M19Minus Customer Services at customercare@m19minus.com.
If you decide to close your M19Minus account, you must agree to the following terms of closure:

You will no longer be able to log into your account, and M19Minus staffs will not be able to check your account detail.
You will forfeit all your existing M19Minus Points, membership status, and member rewards and benefits.
You will no longer accrue M19Minus Points.
You will be opted out of all M19Minus marketing communications, including emails, SMS, and push notifications.
If you are an existing active member of the PRIVATE ROOM, your membership will terminate without a refund, and any scheduled annual renewals will be canceled if any.

Closing your M19Minus account will not affect any open orders and returns, if applicable.

M19Minus reserves the final right to modify the above terms and conditions without prior notice.

In case of any dispute, M19Minus reserves the right to make the final decision.
