I. What is M19Minus the PRIVATE ROOM? How can I join?
the PRIVATE ROOM is our loyalty program. To join the PRIVATE ROOM, you are required to create an account by providing your full name, e-mail address, phone number (with One-Time Password OTP verification) and birthday month, then acquire one of the membership tiers (i.e. the BLACK KEY or the RED KEY).
