Thank you for joining #M19CIRCLE, the M19MINUS community created for customers who love sharing their beauty experiences with the world.

By participating in this program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

WHO CAN JOIN #M19CIRCLE?

The #M19CIRCLE UGC Program is open to customers who have purchased at least one genuine M19Minus product from any authorised retailer, online store, physical store, or official sales channel.

To participate, you must:

  • Have a public Instagram account at the time of posting and during the review period.
  • Be able to provide a valid purchase receipt for verification.
  • Create and publish an original Instagram Reel featuring M19Minus product(s).
  • Follow all participation requirements stated below.

Private Instagram accounts, inactive accounts, spam accounts, fake accounts, giveaway-only accounts, or accounts created primarily for promotions may be disqualified at the sole discretion of M19Minus.

 

THE GIFT

Eligible participants who successfully complete all requirements and are approved by M19Minus will receive:

Three complimentary pieces of the PETAL-PERFECT STEMASK
Total value: HKD300

The gift is available while stocks last and on a first-approved, first-served basis.

The gift is:

  • Not exchangeable.
  • Not refundable.
  • Not redeemable for cash.
  • Not transferable to another person.
  • Subject to availability.
  • Subject to change or substitution without prior notice.

M19Minus reserves the right to replace the gift with another item of equal or similar value if the original gift becomes unavailable.

 

HOW TO JOIN

To apply for the #M19CIRCLE UGC Program, participants must complete all of the following steps:

  1. Follow the official M19Minus Instagram account: @m19minus
  2. Create and post a public Instagram Reel featuring at least one M19Minus product.
  3. In the Reel caption, you must:
    • Tag @m19minus
    • Tag @sephorahk
    • Include the hashtag #M19CIRCLE
  4. Send a direct message to @m19minus with:
    • A screenshot or link of your published Reel.
    • A clear photo of your purchase receipt for verification.

Incomplete submissions may not be reviewed or accepted.

 

REEL REQUIREMENTS

To qualify, your Instagram Reel must meet all of the following requirements:

  • The Reel must clearly feature at least one genuine M19Minus product.
  • The Reel must show or describe your personal experience, impression, routine, review, or reason why you love the product.
  • The Reel must be original content created by you.
  • The Reel must be posted within 21 calendar days from the purchase date shown on the receipt.
  • The Reel must remain public and visible until the review process is completed.
  • The Reel must not be deleted, archived, hidden, restricted, made private, or removed during the review period.
  • The Reel must not contain false, misleading, offensive, defamatory, unlawful, obscene, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.
  • The Reel must not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy right, publicity right, or other third-party rights.
  • The Reel must not include unauthorised music, images, videos, logos, brand assets, people, or materials that you do not have the right to use.
  • The Reel must not be created using paid advertising, boosted posts, artificial engagement, bots, fake followers, or engagement pods.

M19Minus reserves the right to reject any Reel that does not align with the brand’s image, values, campaign requirements, or quality standards.

 

RECEIPT REQUIREMENTS

To verify eligibility, your purchase receipt must clearly show the following information:

  • Merchant or retailer name.
  • Receipt or order number.
  • Purchase date.
  • M19Minus product name(s) purchased.
  • Purchase amount or transaction details.

Receipts that are incomplete, unclear, edited, duplicated, fraudulent, suspicious, or unable to be verified may be rejected.

M19Minus may request additional proof of purchase, such as order confirmation emails, product photos, payment confirmation, or other supporting documents where necessary.

 

PURCHASE ELIGIBILITY

Purchases from any retailer may be considered, provided that the product is genuine and the receipt can be verified.

However, M19Minus reserves the right to reject submissions if:

  • The product is suspected to be counterfeit.
  • The receipt is invalid, altered, duplicated, or unverifiable.
  • The purchase was refunded, cancelled, exchanged, or reversed.
  • The product was obtained through giveaways, PR gifting, employee allocation, resale, barter, sample distribution, or any non-purchase arrangement.
  • The receipt has already been used for a previous approved submission under this program.

 

GIFT REDEMPTION LIMIT

Unless otherwise stated by M19Minus in writing:

  • Each customer may redeem one gift per valid purchase receipt per product post.
  • Each purchase receipt may only be used once for each M19Minus product.
  • Each M19Minus product purchased may only be featured for one approved submission.
  • Each Instagram Reel may only be used for one submission.
  • Multiple posts using the same receipt, same product, duplicate content, or substantially similar content will not qualify for additional gifts.

M19Minus reserves the right to determine whether entries are considered duplicate, repeated, invalid, or made by the same person using different accounts.

 

REVIEW & APPROVAL PROCESS

All submissions are subject to review and approval by M19Minus.

Reels are reviewed regularly. Participants can expect to receive a response within approximately 14 business days after submitting all required materials via Instagram DM.

Approval is not guaranteed. Submitting a Reel does not automatically entitle the participant to receive a gift.

M19Minus reserves the sole and final right to determine whether a submission qualifies for the program.

 

NOTIFICATION & GIFT ARRANGEMENT

If your submission is approved, M19Minus will contact you via Instagram DM with the next steps for receiving your gift.

Participants may be required to provide personal information for gift fulfilment, including but not limited to:

  • Full name.
  • Contact number.
  • Delivery address or collection details.
  • Any other information reasonably required for fulfilment.

If a participant does not respond within the timeframe specified by M19MINUS, the gift may be forfeited without further notice.

M19Minus is not responsible for any failed communication due to unread messages, message request settings, incorrect account information, technical issues, or participant inaction.

 

DELIVERY / COLLECTION OF GIFT

Gift delivery or collection arrangements will be confirmed by M19Minus after approval.

M19Minus shall not be responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the participant.
  • Failed delivery due to absence, refusal, or unreachable recipient.
  • Lost, delayed, damaged, or returned parcels caused by courier or third-party logistics providers.
  • Any customs duties, taxes, delivery charges, or additional costs unless otherwise stated.

M19Minus reserves the right to determine the available delivery or collection method.

 

CONTENT USAGE RIGHTS

By joining the #M19CIRCLE UGC Program and submitting your Reel, you grant M19Minus and its affiliates, distributors, retail partners, agencies, and authorised representatives a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable licence to use, repost, share, reproduce, edit, publish, display, distribute, and feature your submitted content, in whole or in part, for marketing, advertising, promotional, public relations, social media, website, e-commerce, retail, CRM, newsletter, and brand communication purposes.

This includes, but is not limited to, use on:

  • M19Minus official Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Red Note, website, and other digital channels.
  • Paid or organic social media posts.
  • Online advertisements.
  • Email marketing.
  • Retailer or distributor marketing materials.
  • In-store or online promotional materials.
  • Campaign recaps or brand presentations.

Where appropriate, M19Minus may credit your Instagram handle. However, you acknowledge that credit may not always be possible due to format, platform, space, or technical limitations.

No additional payment, compensation, approval, or notification will be required for M19MINUS to use your submitted content in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

 

PARTICIPANT REPRESENTATIONS

By participating, you confirm and warrant that:

  • You are the original creator of the submitted content.
  • You have the full right and authority to submit the content.
  • Your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
  • Any person appearing in the content has given permission for the content to be posted and used by M19Minus.
  • Your review or opinion is genuine and based on your personal experience.
  • Your submission does not contain false, misleading, unlawful, offensive, or harmful material.
  • You have complied with all applicable laws, platform rules, and advertising disclosure requirements.

If your content includes a gifted item, incentive, sponsorship, or any material connection with M19Minus, you are responsible for making any required disclosure in accordance with applicable laws and platform guidelines.

 

DISQUALIFICATION

M19Minus reserves the right to reject, disqualify, or revoke approval of any submission at any time if:

  • Any requirement is not met.
  • The participant provides false, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • The receipt is invalid, duplicated, altered, refunded, or unverifiable.
  • The Reel is deleted, archived, hidden, made private, or restricted before review is completed.
  • The content is copied, reused, duplicated, AI-generated without disclosure, or not original.
  • The participant uses bots, fake engagement, paid ads, spam behaviour, or dishonest methods.
  • The participant behaves abusively, fraudulently, or in a way that may harm the reputation of M19Minus.
  • M19Minus reasonably believes the participant has breached these Terms & Conditions.

If a participant is found to have breached these Terms & Conditions after receiving the gift, M19Minus reserves the right to request return of the gift or reimbursement of its stated value.

 

PROGRAM CHANGES, SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

M19Minus reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend, shorten, cancel, or terminate the #M19CIRCLE UGC Program at any time without prior notice.

This may include changes to:

  • Program period.
  • Gift item.
  • Gift quantity.
  • Eligibility requirements.
  • Submission method.
  • Review timeline.
  • Redemption limits.
  • Content usage terms.

In the event of any dispute, M19Minus reserves the right of final decision.

 

PRIVACY & PERSONAL DATA

Personal data collected from participants will be used for the purposes of:

  • Verifying eligibility.
  • Reviewing submissions.
  • Communicating with participants.
  • Arranging gift fulfilment.
  • Managing the #M19CIRCLE UGC Program.
  • Complying with legal, regulatory, or administrative requirements.

By participating, you consent to the collection, use, processing, and storage of your personal data for the above purposes.

M19Minus will handle personal data in accordance with its applicable privacy policy and relevant data protection laws.

 

INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER

This program is organised by M19Minus and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, Sephora, or any retailer unless otherwise stated.

By participating, you release Instagram, Meta, Sephora, and all participating retailers from any responsibility or liability related to this program.

 

FINAL DECISION

M19Minus reserves the sole and final right to interpret these Terms & Conditions and to determine all matters relating to the #M19CIRCLE UGC Program, including participant eligibility, content approval, gift entitlement, fulfilment, and dispute resolution.

In case of any dispute, the decision of M19Minus shall be final and binding.
