SEPHORA EXTENDED PRIVILEGE – TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. This offer is valid for purchases of M19Minus products at selected SEPHORA Hong Kong stores (i.e. SEPHORA ifc Mall, K11 Musea, K11 Art Mall or Windsor House only) during the promotional period, while stock lasts.
  2. Customers who purchase any M19MINUS product at selected SEPHORA Hong Kong stores may redeem one ‘the PURGE 001 Phantom Beads’ (Worth HKD410) at a celebratory rate via www.m19minus.com upon successful submission and verification of a valid SEPHORA receipt.
  3. Each redemption requires submission of one valid SEPHORA Hong Kong receipt containing at least one M19MINUS product. Each receipt may only be used once for redemption purposes.
  4. Each customer is entitled to redeem ‘the PURGE 001 Phantom Beads’ once per day only. If more than one receipt is submitted by the same customer within the same day, it will be treated as one redemption only.
  5. All receipts submitted must be clear, complete, and legible. M19MINUS reserves the right to reject any unclear, incomplete, duplicated, altered, or invalid receipts – they will be deemed forfeited automatically without prior notice.
  6. Redemption must be completed via the designated redemption page on www.m19minus.com by entering delivery details, uploading the required receipt, adding the redemption item to cart, and completing checkout. Orders are subject to verification before processing.
  7. This Offer is exclusively available on www.m19minus.com and is not applicable at SEPHORA stores.
  8. All complimentary gifts will not appear in cart or order confirmation but will be included with shipment.
  9. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts, promotional codes, bundle offers, or redemptions.
  10. The redemption item is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once the order has been confirmed.

M19Minus reserves the final right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Offer and to make the final decision in case of any disputes.
