After shampooing with Enlivening Beer Yeast Hair Bath, apply an appropriate amount of Rousing Beer Yeast Hair Wrap to wet hair. Starting at tips and work up towards roots, combing thoroughly with fingers. For stressed hair, leave on for 90 seconds before rinse.
