GUIDE TO REDEEM TIER RENEWAL/UPGRADE EXTRA REWARD

 

To qualify for the Tier Renewal/Upgrade Extra Reward, which varies by tier, you must first be a the PRIVATE ROOM Member, then renew your current membership tier or upgrade to a premier tier.

This guide will provide detailed instructions on how to redeem Tier Renewal/Upgrade Extra Reward.

 

KINDLY NOTE:

  • “Buy 2 Get 1 Free” and “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” rewards apply only to the lowest valued item in the order.
  • The Tier Renewal/Upgrade Extra Reward will expire 31 days after it is issued.
  • The Tier Renewal/Upgrade Extra Reward can only be used on designated regular-priced items only (e.g. excluding the BEAUTY TREASURE and other designated items).
  • The Tier Renewal/Upgrade Extra Reward cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.

 

Follow the below steps to redeem the Tier Renewal/Upgrade Extra Reward:
  1. Start by logging into your account. Enter www.m19minus.com into your browser, then click the icon on the top right corner for desktop version or the top left corner first then click “Log In” at the bottom left on mobile version.

  2. You will then be brought to Account Login page. Login to your account by entering your credentials. Click “Sign In”.

  3. After successful login, you will be redirected to the Account page.

  4. Then you can add the desired products into your cart. Please add at least 3 products to cart for the redemption of the “Buy 2 Get 1 Free” Reward; Add at least 2 products to cart for the redemption of the “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” Reward.

  5. Once you have added all the desired products to cart, visit Account page and go to “You have xx rewards”.

  6. Find and copy the code associated with the Tier Renewal/Upgrade Extra Reward. Click “Apply” and the code will be applied at checkout.

  7. If you want to add more products, simply visit product pages, add the desired products to cart, and continue to checkout.

  8. At checkout, paste and apply the code in the box below.
    Products qualified for the saving will be automatically calculated at a discounted price.

    Example: The code associated with "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" Reward is applied. As the savings apply only to the lowest value item in the order, one the CURE Neo-Matrix DNA Repair Essence is the rewarded item.

  9. Continue to proceed checkout. Please make sure to enter the same email address and phone number you had registered during checkout.
