GUIDE TO REDEEM BIRTHDAY SURPRISE

To qualify for the Birthday Surprise, you must first become the PRIVATE ROOM Member. Follow the guides to first create an account and then proceed to select and acquire a membership tier.

This guide will provide detailed instructions on how to redeem your Birthday Surprise.

 

KINDLY NOTE:

  • The birth month entered during Account Registration determines when the Birthday Surprise will be granted to the member.
  • The Birthday Surprise will be revealed and will be valid on the 1st day of your birth month. If a customer becomes a member during the birth month, the Birthday Surprise will be revealed the day after account activation.
  • The Birthday Surprise is valid for redemption within 31 days. Any unredeemed Birthday Surprise within the valid month will be considered forfeited.
  • The image on the Birthday Surprise page is for reference only. The actual content of the Birthday Surprise will be decided by M19Minus and may vary each month.

 

Follow the below steps to redeem your Birthday Surprise:

  1. Start by logging into your account. Enter www.m19minus.com into your browser, then click the icon on the top right corner for desktop version or the top left corner first then click “Log In” at the bottom left on mobile version.

  2. You will then be brought to the Account Login page. Login to your account by entering your credentials. Click “Sign In”.

  3. After successful login, you will be redirected to the Account page.

  4. Then click the cart icon on top right corner.

  5. Clear the cart to ensure it’s empty before adding your Birthday Surprise.

  6. Visit Account page and click “You have xx rewards” to locate your Birthday Surprise.
    • Example:


  7. Find and copy the code associated with the Birthday Surprise and click "Apply". Your Birthday Surprise will be added to your cart automatically. Please allow 5 seconds for the page to load.

  8. Continue to proceed at checkout. The price associated with your Birthday Surprise should be reduced to $0.
    Please make sure to enter the same email address and phone number you had registered during checkout.

  9. If you want to add more products, simply visit product pages, add desired products to cart, and continue to checkout.

  10. You can simultaneously enjoy the below benefits with your Birthday Surprise:
    • Pay with Points
    • Partially Pay with Points and partially settle with other payment method

 

At Step (5), in case you have a filled cart prior to adding the Birthday Surprise to cart, simply follow the below steps.

  1. Follow Steps (1) to (4) in the above section, and click "this product" in the link below the associated code of your Birthday Surprise (as shown below).

  2. A pop-up message will be shown at the bottom of the page, indicating the Birthday Reward has been added to your cart. Please allow 5 seconds for the page to load.

  3. Follow Steps (6) – (8) in the above section to continue checkout. 

 

Remarks:

  • Please only add one Birthday Surprise to cart.
  • A maximum of 5 different codes may be applied at each online checkout.
  • Each code can only be used once.
