Return & Refund Policy

 

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS
All returns must be initiated within seven (7) days of the reception of the order.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • All returned items must be in new and unused condition, sealed, with all original tags and labels attached.
  • On-Sale and Discounted items are non-refundable
    Items that are returned late or do not meet the specified conditions will be sent back to the customer's address at the customer’s expense.
  • Only items purchased through M19Minus.com can be returned to us. If you purchased your item through a different retail store, please get in touch with them directly.


RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at customercare@m19minus.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and mailing information. After receiving the RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, then mail your return to the address provided by our customer service .

ANY ITEMS RETURNED TO US WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER WILL BE SENT BACK TO THE CUSTOMER AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
We're sorry to inform you that the following costs are non-refundable:

  • shipping costs on any orders
  • duty and taxes paid on international orders



DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the package for any signs of damage. It is normal for the shipping package to exhibit minor wear and tear. However, if you believe that a product within your shipment is damaged, please contact our customer service team at customercare@m19minus.com and include photos of the faulty goods. They will assist you further in resolving the issue.

Goods are considered defective if they do not meet the standards of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, or the description provided. It is important to note that items damaged due to normal usage, accidents, or misuse will not be considered faulty.

If we consider our goods to be defective, we will proceed to a full refund or an exchange at our costs.


RMA
Product returned to A Rare Creation for any reason must have a A Rare Creation issued Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. An RMA is valid for 30 days from issuance and product must arrive at A Rare Creation within that validity period. All products must be shipped freight prepaid. The RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the package. A packing list must be included clearly showing the RMA number, part number, quantity, and reason for return.
