Terms and Conditions

M19Minus ‘LUNAR SERPENTINE FORTUNE’ (hereinafter referred to as "promotional campaign" or “the event”) is organized by M19Minus, "the Company". The event is only applicable to the transaction on M19Minus Gateway Arcade Harbour City retail store in Hong Kong.
The promotional campaign period (hereinafter referred to as the "promotion period") will start from the opening hours of M19Minus Gateway Arcade retail store on 24/01/2025 (Friday), till the closing hours of the M19Minus Gateway Arcade retail store in Hong Kong on 04/02/2025 (Tuesday). This applies to each day during the Promotion Period.
The event period starts from 11:00 AM HKT on 24/01/2025, to 9:00 PM HKT on 04/02/2025, based on M19Minus cashier system time. Late participants will not be accepted.
The participants of this promotional campaign must be 18 years of age or above and have a valid Hong Kong Resident Identity Card or valid travel passport. If the participant does not meet the above eligibility criteria, their reward/gift eligibility will be forfeited.
Employees of the Company and its outsourcing companies are not eligible to participate in this promotional campaign to ensure fairness.
During the promotion period,
1. non-VIP customers can receive a ‘Blessing Red Packet’ and gain ONE opportunity to obtain a Beauty Fortune Stick, upon any single net purchase of HK$1,000+ at Gateway Arcade Harbour City retail store, unveiling exclusive gifts valued up to HKD830.
2. VIP customers can receive a ‘Blessing Red Packet’ and gain ONE opportunity to obtain a Beauty Fortune Stick, upon any single VIP Point redemption or purchase at Gateway Arcade Harbour City retail store, unveiling exclusive gifts up to 800 VIP Bonus Points.
3. Customers who make more eligible purchases during the promotional period will have the relevant quantity of the Beauty Fortune Stick, with no limit on entries.
This promotion campaign is only applicable to orders placed at the M19Minus Gateway Arcade Harbour City retail store in Hong Kong. Online orders and orders placed through third-party platforms are not eligible to enter the ‘LUNAR SERPENTINE FORTUNE’. Additionally, this offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offers and discounts. The Beauty Fortune Stick will be given to customers when the customer make payment at M19Minus Gateway Arcade Harbour City retail store. Post-voucher participation will not be accepted.
No further requests for Beauty Fortune Stick will be accepted after the customer leaves the store.
Item(s) purchased with this offer cannot be returned or refund.
Upon participating in the LUNAR SERPENTINE FORTUNE, the participant shall be deemed to have understood and agreed to accept all the terms and conditions of this promotional campaign. M19Minus shall not bear any legal liability, and the participants or winners shall not raise any objections.
Participants must undertake and guarantee to M19Minus that all information submitted is true and accurate, and that they have not used or misappropriated any third party's information.
After participants successfully making purchases in the store, the email address used for registration will receive sales, marketing or event emails sent by M19Minus.
M19Minus reserves the right to disqualify participants from the Event and/or redeeming gifts in accordance with below conditions without prior notice, including:
1. Violation of terms and conditions;
2. Registration errors or providing untrue or incomplete registration information;
3. Participation in the event by illegal or dishonest means;
4. Being unable to contact and verify information submitted prior to participating in the event;
5. Failure to collect the reward/gift(s) from the designated store;
6. Failure to purchase eligible products during the designated promotional period.
Rewards/gifts of this Beauty Fortune Stick will be revealed immediately at the store.
All Point and/or rewards/gifts cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be resold, or exchanged for other gifts, and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
The reward/gift recipients will need to sign a gift acknowledge form to confirm and verify the reward/gift has been well received. Point-typed rewards will be granted to the VIP account within 24 hours upon reward revealing at the store.
Invoices that have been used to redeem the Beauty Fortune Stick will be stamped for identification; stamped invoices cannot be used to redeem Beauty Fortune Stick again.
The allocation of Beauty Fortune Stick quotas (if any) is determined solely by M19Minus, and customers may not contest this decision.
Any Beauty Fortune Stick that is damaged, defaced, or counterfeit will be deemed invalid.
The event results will be announced instantly to the participant.
The images shown in the event promotional materials are for reference only.
All rewards/gifts photos are for reference only. Rewards/Gifts cannot be changed, refunded, replaced or exchanged for other rewards/gifts or benefits, nor can they be transferred. After collection, any loss, damage or expiration of the rewards/gifts will not be refunded or replaced.
All voucher-related rewards/gifts are subject to the relevant terms and conditions. Please refer to the terms and conditions marked along with the rewards/gifts, and the final decision will be made by M19Minus.
M19Minus reserves the final decision on the eligibility of participation, eligibility of winning and other matters related to this event.
In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Personal Data Collection Statement

The personal data collected in this event is completely voluntary and will only be used for the processing of this event by M19Minus and third-party service providers.
The personal information collected in this event will only be used to arrange the delivery of rewards/gifts and will be kept strictly confidential. Personal data will be properly kept and destroyed within 3 months after the event.
All participants should read the ‘M19Minus Privacy Policy’ carefully before registering to participate in this event. By participating in this event, participants agree to the ‘M19Minus Privacy Policy’. Disclaimer

If any inappropriate content is found in the information collected by this event, including but not limited to being libelous, abusive, offensive, harassing, commercial, illegal, or remarks that violate or infringe upon the rights of third parties, M19Minus reserves the right to cancel the participant's qualifications to participate without prior notice or giving any reason, and reserves the right to take legal action, and the participant shall not object.
If the participant is found to have engaged in dishonest or fraudulent behavior or disrupted or manipulated the event process or results in any way, his or her qualification to obtain the reward/gift will be cancelled. M19Minus reserves the right to disqualify participants from participating in the event and/or cancel the reward/gift given to the participant and/or pursue legal liability against the winner.
By participating in the event, participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the event. If there is any violation, M19Minus reserves the right to disqualify participants from participating or obtaining rewards/gifts, and reserves the right to take any legal actions.
Participants participate in this event on a voluntary basis. All responsibilities arising from this event are excluded to M19Minus. And M19Minus will be exempted from all legal liability and compensation.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, M19Minus will not be responsible for any loss, damage, personal injury or death arising from this event or the rewards/gifts, nor will it involve any liability for the rewards/gifts and its suppliers. M19Minus will not make any guarantees on reward/gift, including but not limited to product quality and satisfaction.
If there are any disputes regarding the terms and conditions of the event, participation behavior, results, rewards/gifts and all matters related to the event, M19Minus reserves the right to make the final decision.
