GUIDE TO RENEW/UPGRADE MEMBERSHIP TIER

To renew or upgrade your current the PRIVATE ROOM membership tier, you are required to login to your existing member account via this link here.

If you have not created an account, please visit the guide to create an account here.

You must have already acquired a membership before you can renew or upgrade your tier.

This guide will show you how renew or upgrade your current membership tier.

 

KINDLY NOTE:

  • Please use the same account registered with existing membership tier to renew or upgrade your membership tier.
  • If the customer acquired a tier without an existing account, ALL benefits will not be enabled.
  • Relevant Points and benefits will be activated within 24 hours upon successful acquiring of a membership tier.

Follow the below steps to renew or upgrade your current membership tier:

  1. Start by logging into your account. Enter www.m19minus.com into your browser, then click the icon on the top right corner for desktop version or the top left corner first then click “Log In” at the bottom left on mobile version.

  2. You will then be brought to the Account Login page. Login to your account by entering your credentials. Click “Sign In”.

  3. After successful login, you will be redirected to Account page.

  4. Scroll down until you reach the section as shown below. Click “EARN NOW” and you will be redirected to the Tier-Acquiring page.

  5. Select your desired membership tier.

  6. Once selected the desired tier, you will be brought to the page where you can click "Add to Cart" and complete the purchase. Please make sure to enter the same email address and phone number you had registered during checkout.
    Kindly note that relevant new Points and benefits will be activated within 24 hours.

  7. Upon completion, your membership account will be renewed or upgraded, relevant Points and benefits will be credited to your account within 24 hours, allowing you to start shopping. After logging in, you can view all your account details and enjoy full range of membership rewards.
