DELIVERY OPTIONS

We ship all orders on “Free standard shipping”.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Shipments are sent out from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. If you place an order after 1pm HKT on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, it will be reviewed on Monday morning.
Orders will be dispatched within 1 to 2 working days upon us receiving your order.

We will accurately declare the value of your purchased order(s) based on the invoice.

 

In the event that the delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect and the order cannot reach its destination, the order will be returned to Hong Kong. Any expenses incurred as a result will be deducted from the refund, if applicable.

P.O. Box is not accepted as shipping address.

 

SHIPPING DETAILS

Under normal circumstances, shipment will arrive at the shipping address as per listed in the table below. For remote areas, it might take extra 1-2 business days.

Limited delivery service will be provided on public holidays and eves (e.g. Lunar New Year, Mid-Autumn Festival, Winter Solstice, Christmas). The delivery time may be delayed.

SHIPPING FEES
We provide complimentary shipping for all orders shipped to Hong Kong with a value exceeding HK$700.

For Hong Kong orders of different values or orders to a different destination, the actual shipping fee will be calculated and applied during the checkout process.

  

TAXES & DUTIES

We ensure that all our orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), so you don't have to worry about any extra costs. The product price includes all the necessary import taxes and duties, making it hassle-free for you to receive your order without any additional payment required.

 

The taxes and duties for your order are determined based on your shipping destination and are displayed at check out. To ensure accurate local market pricing, delivery times, and shipping costs, please select your location accordingly.

  

TRACKING

To track your shipment, please get in touch with the relevant shipping company. The name of the shipping company and the tracking number can be found in the shipping confirmation.

 

In case you need to modify the address after the order has been shipped, please make arrangements directly with shipping company’s customer service. Any expenses arising from such changes will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

If personal reasons prevent the successful delivery of your shipment, please contact the shipping company directly to make alternate arrangements. Failure to receive the delivery after multiple attempts may result in the cancellation of your order without a refund.

  

SHIPPING OF PRE-ORDERS AND BACK-ORDERS ITEMS

  1. Pre-Order and Back-Order Confirmation:

Pre-Order and Back-order confirmation does not guarantee immediate availability of the product. It signifies your intent to purchase the product upon its release or availability.

    1. The estimated shipping date provided during the pre-order process is subject to change and is not guaranteed.
    2. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in case of any significant delays in shipping.

 

  1. Partial Shipments:
    1. In some cases, if multiple items are included in your Pre-Order and Back-order, they may be shipped separately.
    2. You will be notified if your order will be fulfilled in multiple shipments.
